It’s been over two decades now that we initiated our venture with the manufacturing of brass components like brass cartridges, brass ingots, brass rods etc. with the immense knowledge of developmental strategies and marketing strategies. We started off with a team of only a few people, unaware of the fact that today we would be a team of above two hundred experts in the field of manufacturing and still on to growing our family. Our prestigious customers have been the brands like Essess, Roca, Cera, Johnson, Prayag and many more who have immensely trusted us for our quality.

Infrastructure

Sunbrass has an infrastructure which is spread over 20,000 square feet of area where we manufacture about 20,000 to 25,000 brass cartridges and about 8 to 10 tons of brass rods and ingots every day. 
We have one of the best infrastructures in the field of manufacturing of brass products like brass cartridges for bathroom faucets of various sizes. We also provide the brass forging facility for various industries such as pneumatic pipe fittings, hydrolic pipe fittings, CNG kits, LPG stoves, automobiles, sanitary fittings etc. We have an in-built tool room facility and 2D and 3D drawing facility.
We also have spectrometers to balance the spectral components as per your requirements and to check the material composition at the melting stage and high-speed forging machines that has forging capacity of upto 1000 gms. We ensure the proper machining with semi-automatic and fully-automatic machines along with cleaning, degreasing and debarring of our products before its assembly by vibro machines with a sound load capacity. Our high-tech machineries are very effective and efficient and we do not believe in the wastage of our precious resources.

Quality Control

As you all know that our main objective to manufacture the brass products for bathroom faucets industry is to save water, so we make sure we do not waste our precious resources in the wide process of manufacturing.
We have in-house machines for the quality check. For instance, we have all the in-house instruments like leakage testing machines, flow rate testing machines, life cycles machines, torque testing machines for testing brass cartridges and to make sure that they are hundred per cent leakage proof. Along with a wide infrastructure, we also have a well-trained team of employees and engineers who are always on a roll in order to make sure that you receive an uncompromised quality product.
High-tech spectrometers are installed for the quality check of the raw material. Our systematic process of cleaning, degreasing and deburring is done right after the machining of the product to reach our towards its perfect assembling. What makes our product unique is the high corrosion resistance from water as well as heat, which allows them to be more durable.
